BREAKWATER AND BEACHES

Breakwater    Building a breakwater is an art that LRMC has perfected.  Our team has over 65 years experience working on the Lakes of New Hampshire.  As a specialty our rock handlers construct ledge cut granite breakwaters that adds to the prestigious beauty of  your shorefront.  Both attractive and functional a LRMC breakwater will reduce the damage to your dock and shoreline.  Whether you needs are small or large, we can provide the options you are looking for.  Contact our office to schedule to meet with one of our consultants to review your property, and develop a cost effective solution to your needs.

Shoreline Reconstruction  The ever-valuable shoreline can be damaged by acts of nature and lake activity.  LRMC can refurbish your shoreline using granite, in a rip-rap fashion, to retain soil and protect your real estate investment.

Beaches    Under current regulations adopted by the N.H. DES Wetlands Bureau, conventional sloping beaches are no longer accepted.  In the place of this traditional beach style, a Perch Beach is the new and only permittable style. As the name implies the beach is perched high and dry into your shoreline with stone steps gaining access to the lake.  The advantages to this type of  beach are, no need for beach sand replenishment because wave action does not erode the beach, and environmental implications are positively reduced.
